Hi Marc! As far as I can tell this looks very good; nice priming, nice handling while taking the dog away and good job on waiting for him to focus properly before sending. Armin will comment as well, keep up the good work and keep those videos coming in the meantime!
Good job overall. good focus and enthusiasm from your dog.
For pure daytime directional sends (should you decide to expand on that skill also down the road) I have found the hand over the dog's head rather than beside it gets them to look more where I point when he doesn't have a primed target. The hand beside the right eye is certainly a marker signal for the dog, its just harder for him to figure out where you are pointing.
For the laser progression this of course matters less, as the hand won't come into play in the dark.
