I am 30 years old working in Charlotte County Florida for the Sheriff's Office. I am assigned two K-9 partners. K9 "Scar" is a Belgian Malinois/German Shepard Mix who is 6 years old. K9 "Scar" is certified in Narcotics Detection and Patrol (Criminal Apprehension, Evidence Recovery, Building Searches, and Tracking). I also have K9 "Copper" which is a 6-year-old Bloodhound which is used for Missing Persons and Criminal Tracking. I have been in K-9 for 6 years and just recently became certified as a K-9 trainer.
